Don’t try to manage your or someone else’s suicidal thoughts on your own. Remember, thoughts about suicide are just that – thoughts. They won’t last forever and often they pass quickly. Many people who have had serious thoughts about suicide have said that they feel completely different only hours later.

Support services for people in suicidal crisis and those impacted by suicide including specialised support for young people bereaved through suicide and care services to help people engage successfully with long term mental health care.  We also have a bereaved families group which is a self help group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide.

Target Audience: Anyone impacted by suicide or the threat of suicide.Training is suicide prevention skills for everyone in Northern Ireland.  Our programmes include Mind Your Mate for 16 – 24 year olds, Preventing suicides in your Community, Preventing suicides in Younger People, Preventing suicides in Schools, Preventing suicides in Older People.  All our programmes are accredited by the Open College Network.

Walk in service available (no appointment required). Open Mon, Wed, Fri 9am - 9pm; Tue & Thur 9am - 5pm; Sat & Sun 2pm - 6pm.
