Cruse Bereavement Care aims to promote the well-being of bereaved people and to enable anyone suffering a bereavement to understand their grief and cope with their loss.
The charity pursues these aims through two principal lines of activity:
The provision of support to people who have suffered bereavement through a nationwide network of trained Bereavement Volunteers and through its National Helpline.
Work designed to raise awareness of the needs of bereaved people and to promote their interests.
Cruse aim to provide access to appropriate, efficient, and sustainable services for all bereaved people, regardless of their background or the circumstances of the bereavement.
