About the service

Belfast Central Mission Therapeutic Counselling Service offers face-to-face, telephone and video counselling for young people aged 16-25 years old living in the Ards & North Down area. 

The Therapeutic Counselling Service works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood,  trauma and care experienced individuals. It is a flexible service adapted to the requirements of the clients. 

In-person counselling is provided on 2 days per week in the Newtownards area in addition to the choice of video or telephone counselling.
