Finding help for someone else

An important step in supporting someone who is struggling with their mental health and wellbeing is to find out what support is available.

A person's GP is an important source of support in relation to mental health. Encourage them to book an appointment.

It is important to remember that people can and do recover from mental ill health. Recovery means living a good life, with or without symptoms of a mental health condition.
