Steps to Cope

About the service

The Steps to Cope Service provides support to young people aged 11-25 who are experiencing or who have lived with parental alcohol, substance misuse or mental health difficulties in their family. 

The service is available across Northern Ireland and we provide;

  • Direct 1 to 1 support for the young person
  • Parent/carer support sessions
  • Online information and self-care resources
