Workplace mental health 2024
The five local Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland alongside the Public Health Agency and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service have worked in partnership to develop a campaign to encourage people across Northern Ireland to prioritise workplace mental health.

About the campaign
The campaign encourages everyone to take 10 minutes out of their day for self-care using the Take 5 steps to wellbeing.
The campaign ran from 11 September to 10 October 2024 to mark the period between World Suicide Prevention Day and World Mental Health Day.
Get started
It is easy to start adding the Take 5 steps to wellbeing to your daily routine. Anyone can do it and it is important because taking care of your mental health and managing stress helps to improve your personal resilience. It also can help you if you support or care for others.

Western Trust 10 meaningful minutes
This pack highlights the importance and benefits of self-care. These needs could include physical, emotional, relationship and social needs.
Training
We also want to encourage everyone to learn more about mental health and suicide prevention by attending a training course.
