About the service
The H.E.A.R.T project are a charity which aims is to empower people to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
The H.E.A.R.T project offer a variety of rehabilitation programmes for people who experience: cancer; cardiovascular disease; obesity; back pain, and stroke. These include counselling services and complimentary therapies, and physical activity programmes including: walking; waterpolo, tai chi; swimming; circuits and danderball.
