About the service

Cara-Friend's LGBTQIA+ Mental Health and Wellbeing Project offers listening ear support for those struggling with issues surrounding their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. 

Support is provided in the form of scheduled one-to-one listening ear sessions delivered via Zoom by a Mental Health and Wellbeing Officer.
