In Northern Ireland, one in five people will experience mental ill health at any time. Those who are close to someone experiencing mental ill health might be the first to know that something isn’t quite right. Talking about it with the person can help the person get the help and support they need as early as possible.

  • How to support someone

We can all recognise when someone is having difficulties coping. Often, small everyday actions can make a big difference.
