Newry and Mourne Family Support Hub (Southern Outcomes Area)

About the service

Most families struggle to know where to ask for help. The Family Support Hub (FSH) is a partnership of statutory, community and voluntary organisations who offer early intervention supports to families at the earliest opportunity. Each month a panel collectively decide which service is the most appropriate support for families referred in by GPs, schools, health visiting or parents themselves. The agency who accepts the referral commits to putting support in place within 8 weeks.

Bolster Community are the lead body in the Newry & Mourne Family Support Hub working in partnership with a range of organisations to identify solutions for families facing challenges.
