The Safe and Well  Service aims to reduce loneliness and improve the health and wellbeing of people 65 years and over who are feeling lonely by offering a range of services to promote safe, connected, healthy and independent living.

The service operates across South Eastern Trust: Ards, North Down, Lisburn and Down.
