About the service

Voice Of Young People In Care (VOYPIC) was created in 1993 by a group of young people in care and professionals. VOYPIC provides independent advocacy services for children and young people with lived experience of care in Northern Ireland. This organisation promotes the rights and voice of children in care and care leavers. VOYPIC want every child in care to feel safe, valued and loved. They want every young person leaving care to do so with dignity and respect, and thrive into adulthood.
