About the service

The organisation represents people with mental health difficulties within the North West. Accredited advocates help people speak up for themselves and get the care they need in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. They provide support groups, training and help with completing benefit forms. They also provide a listening ear service and support to patients in Grangewood on a twice weekly basis and Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital one day per week. They are unique as all the volunteers and staff have had experience of mental ill health therefore they have a greater understanding of their client's needs.
