Action Mental Health is a leading charity in Northern Ireland, providing a wide range of life-changing services to local people since 1963, promoting resilience and wellbeing throughout communities.

Focused on creating positive change in the lives of those living with mental ill-health, Action Mental Health offer a range of recovery and employability programmes for adults with mental health issues, and counselling for people of all ages.

Action Mental Health also provide a range of resilience-building programmes for children, young people and adults which are delivered in schools, community settings and workplaces.
