About the service
The NSPCC Helpline provides adults with advice, guidance and support, and can take action on their behalf if they have concerns about a child who is either being abused or is at risk of abuse.
The commissioned helplines remain operational 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm over the weekend.
The Helpline can also be contacted by email 24/7 at [email protected]. A translation service can be offered for services users whose first language is not English and a sign video service is offered for deaf or hard of hearing service users.
