About the service

The service's aim is to provide help and comfort to those left behind, we provide a shoulder to lean on and an ear to listen. 

one to one support, 

counselling, 

complimentary therapies,

 information and advice, 

advocacy, 

crisis de-escalation, 

bereavement support, 

befriending 

 life coaching 

multiple unlimited sessions 

awareness sessions 

7 different suicide prevention and self-care program

to raise awareness, reduce stigma and promotes a more suicide alert community.

We provide holistic support to individuals in crisis, SOS is at unsociable hours to offer support to those who are in need.
